Do you ship worldwide?
We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service.

However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.

How long will my order take to arrive?
To serve you better and get the best prices, your order may be shipped from one of our International suppliers. Therefore please allow 10-30 business days for your order to arrive.

Shipping time varies by location. Below are our estimated shipping times*.

» United States: 10-20 Business days.
» Beirut, Lebanon: 10-20 Business days.
» Canada & Europe: 10-20 Business days.
» Mexico, Central America & South America: 15-30 Business days.
» Australia & New Zealand: 10-30 Business days.

*This doesn't include our [2-5 business days] processing time (excluding holidays).

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information and will be always updated. If you haven't received your tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us.

How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in United States will be shipped by USPS or ePacket/EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.

We always try to provide the fastest shipping at the best prices. However, note that the shipping rates are calculated depending on your country and the shipping method.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

How can I pay for my order?
Currently, we support the following payment methods:

Exchanges / Refunds

What items are returnable?

  • Items delivered within 30 days
  • Unworn / Unused / Stain Free
  • All original tags still attached

What items are non-refundable?

  • On Sale Items
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
  • Gift cards
  • Original shipping charges unless it was our mistake

I have not received my refund yet?

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider. If HowAboutBeirut processed a refund and you have not received a refund after 10 business days, contact your Bank or Credit Card Company to see if the refund is still pending. Currency exchanges may take longer than 10 business days.

    Whoops, I received the wrong product / product size!

    The wrong item or damaged items must be reported/emailed within 3 days of receipt with photos attached to If not reported within 3 days, we are not able to issue replacements. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear of items purchased and will not issue a new item outside of the 3 day window of receiving the item.

    When will I receive my package?

    • Pre-orders will ship after their order window has closed.
    • Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
    • Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to ship after a pre-order window closes.

    My package looks like it is delayed – what do I do?

    Please contact your shipping courier to locate your order. Contact the shipping courier with your tracking information, to find out the most updated status of your package.

    HowAboutBeirut does not hold or accept responsibility for packages or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit when being delivered back to our distribution center. 

    How does International Customs and VAT work?

    HowAboutBeirut is not responsible for the payment of customs or VAT fees. The fee varies by country and we are unable to calculate this in advance.
